Armonia Made Simple is a collection of exercises for the armonia SECTION (including the guitarrón). It is a book that will take you through the different styles we play in mariachi, i.e. Ranchera, Bolero, Son, Huapángo, Bolero Moruno, etc. The exercises are short and contain helpful notes showing students HOW to get from “primera” to “segunda”, which notes to play, passages that would take you through the changes, etc. It is helpful for beginners as well as for seasoned players that may be working on playing as a section.
